The boys pictured above are members of the 4K club at Good Samaritan Home. The 4K clubs are agricultural education clubs, similar to the 4-H clubs we have in the US. These clubs allow the children to learn agricultural skills that will help them after they graduate and leave our centers. The 4K's stand for Kuungana = to unite; Kufanya = to do; Kusaidia = to help; the last K = Kenya.

The food raised by the clubs is used by our cooks to provide healthy meals. The boys at GSH are shown planting kale plants in the garden. They hope to be able to supply all the kale needed at Good Samaritan Home.
